We take great efforts while we pack your order and ensure that they reach you in good condition. All the orders go through 3 levels of packaging and 3 levels of inspection before dispatch. The likelihood of damage is very small. However, there could be certain circumstances beyond our control, where you could receive a damaged or defective product. Here’s how you can get a replacement:

  1. We offer replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation. Also same for Missing items.
  2. To claim refund or replacement the customer must send the video of opening the package @info@justmake.in with 24 of delivery of the parcel. 
  3. If a product return is requested by our team, the product must be in its original packaging with all its original tags and labels intact and the returns will be picked within 3-5 working days. In case of returns, the refunds will be credited to your account within 10 working days.
  4. In case of return the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. 

                    Cancellation Policy

You cancel the order with 6 hrs of placing the order for regular order. 

We cannot accept order cancellations on any customized order once order is confirmed.
